World Team Chess Championship

This is the ultimate team chess tournament, not including the unrivaled US Amateur Team East, of course. The US contingent consists of the #4 in the world, Hikaru Nakamura, along with Gata Kamsky, Alex Onischuk, Ray Robson, and Varuzhan Akobian. The usual suspects.

In round 1, the 7th seeded US team lost to Ukraine, and is now facing Russia, a team with 4 2700+ players: Kramnik, Karjakin, Grischuk, Nepomniatchchi (I probably spelled that wrong even though I looked up his name 3 times while typing this), and Vitiugov.

You can view live games via the official site (from the Turkish chess federation), or from ChessBomb.
