World Team Round 6 : Chess is a crazy game, sometimes

I took the title of this post from a comment on the Chessdom Live Arena site that was made in the Mamedov – Onischuk match. Why is chess crazy? Because in the position given below, moving the f pawn two squares (as Onischuk did) leads to a draw, while pushing it only one square leads to a win. I’ll leave the analysis of that win up to you (or rather your computer, once you give up trying).

Black to move the f pawn. Should it go to f6 or f5?

The Americans won this round (thanks to Ray Robson), against Azerbaijan, and sit at 5th place (3 wins, 3 losses)
